Oscar Piastri held off Carlos Sainz to claim his first podium of the season for McLaren, with team-mate Lando Norris in fourth ahead of George Russell, Verstappen, Lewis Hamilton, Yuki Tsunoda, Alex Albon and Pierre Gasly, whose team-mate Esteban Ocon will serve a five-place grid penalty in Canada next month after causing an all-Alpine crash early on.
